Also how come there's eastern and western arc if its just the same channels? Or does 61.5 have extended programmingCool. I wish dish made a custom one where the customer can make their own software for it

Probably next month I'm going to get a bell expressvu receiver and see what free previews it can pick up just for fun. Should I get a 3100, 4100 or 6131Dish made those for Channel Master, they also marketed their own line of DTVpal tuners and DTVpal DVRs that were only for receiving OTA.
none. Their coverage barely comes into the US. If you were in Northern NY, MN, Washington etc you'd have some signal. But south of there nopeProbably next month I'm going to get a bell expressvu receiver and see what free previews it can pick up just for fun. Should I get a 3100, 4100 or 6131
This is my old 612. This is the first time I ever watched dish music on it! I recorded 10hr worth of it lolnone. Their coverage barely comes into the US. If you were in Northern NY, MN, Washington etc you'd have some signal. But south of there nope
Not sure if you know but what types of dishes are these? When I first set up my system I had trees in the front yard. I could not get a dish satellite but could pick up Bell with petty strong signals in south Pa .
No...Is there a way to downgrade to the original hopper ui?
No, it doesn't. The new UI was more than just an interface upgrade. It was a complete system upgrade.Thats sucks
If you really can't stand it find another area for your hobby. You have no choice.Well I personally don't like it.
Here's the back of my 922 where the tuner would be.When I first set up my system I had trees in the front yard. I could not get a dish satellite but could pick up Bell with petty strong signals in south Pa .
I opened the door and its empty. I also went into menu and clicked on ota and it said connect a moduleIf it's like the 722K, it is on the other end of the receiver behind a small metal door.
It's empty because it doesn't have the OTA module and that is why it says connect a module. You will need to find a module to receive OTA.I opened the door and its empty. I also went into menu and clicked on ota and it said connect a module
There's nowhere to find a module. It's empty because it doesn't have the OTA module and that is why it says connect a module. You will need to find a module to receive OTA.
Yep, you are SOL...There's nowhere to find a module.
I'll probably get a 211k with the built in ota tuner wheneverYep, you are SOL...
LiterallyYep, you are SOL...
Literally 2 hours after I wrote that my 612 started working again. Go figureYep, you are SOL...
