On Demand Movies

I have an HR20-700 receiver and have a router hooked up to it and my receiver shows all the on demand stuff and I can download anything.

My problem, I ordered a movie and when I try to play the movie that is completly downloaded, I get a blue box that says call so and so number. I click on more information and it says I must have a working broadband connection which I do, and the receiver says I am connected to the internet if I go to the setup and then the network screens.

What do I need to do to play this movie or what is wrong here?

Well, the first thing I'd do is to call that number and see what they say about it.
