On Demand problem

I am having a strange problem.
Sometimes when I go into ondemand and hit record on something it immediately puts a little r next to it and starts recording and sends the item to my playlist.
Other times when i hit record it says "this item has been added to my playlist" but then it never shows up. I go in and do it again and the same thing. Then again and the same thing. After 8 or 9 tries it eventually puts the R next to it and it works.

Has this ever happened to anyeon before and if so what did you do to fix it?

They changed it. When I did multiple requests for Pawn Stars on 1269, only the first one showed up in the playlist. To see the status of the others I had to go to channel 1269 to see that they were in the queue. I liked the old way where there was a queue list.
