I wondered that myself. I think it means new additions???...Not sure.

Yes, the orange dot means its a new addition.

I never really went to this site before but for a nice guide of what’s available on all the various on Demand channels go to twondemand.com. It's very well organized, gives program synopsis, start and end dates and pretty much everything you see on your cable box but is a nice format.
