Anyone else getting an error when trying to add a program in the queue?

I keep getting the error that I need to call Directv to subscribe to the channel in question. Problem is I already subscribe to it!

An example is a program from History channel which I do get.

I recorded AX Men on History overnight no problem. Give Direc a call
 
I may have to. The only change we have made recently is we went from the +DVR with HD pack to the Premier pack.

A reset did not fix it.
 
I was having the same problem when trying to download Dexter episodes from Showtime. Call the CS number when the computer asks what you want say Directv On Demand. It will ask if you want to subscribe and send a signal permitting you to record from all the channels you subscribe to.
