Online Streaming DVR or VOD

It seems like lately every other television provider is rolling out some type of online portal to watch either on demand content or recordings from your DVR.. Ive been browsing through the threads here and google for awhile and I haven't found any information about DirecTv providing a similar service.

Am I missing something?

Yea. I would like to be able to stream to my iPhone or iPad without a Slingbox.

My Sling went out about 2 months ago and am holding out in hopes Directv will deliver something soon.

Ive been playing with Directv2pc at my office, trying to get it connected to my home dvrs but haven't had any luck.

I am connected to my home network via VPN, but from what I have been able to find, it looks like the directv2pc software is smart enough to know not to multicast to a secondary network looking for DVRs.
