i just hooked up my omegasat 6000u to my tv and im not getting color just black and white, i did some research and i read that i might have to change my receiver and tv setting from NTSC to PAL, i did it on my receiver and still no color, but i can't find the option on my tv, its a JVC smarttv, anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

STB - User Preferences> TV Settings > choose NTSC and whatever aspect ratio you prefer.
Television, should not have to make any changes.
Check the channel- Channel 3 or 4 (analog)
Instead of using the STB RF(ch3/4) out Use the RCA(?) Yellow-video, red&white-audio
Select 'Composite' input with the TV.
If that doesn't work out, TV's model # might help.

In the US it should be NTSC. What connection between TV and receiver? Coax or Red/White/Yellow or Red/Blue/Green or HDMI. If coax choice is between channel 3 and 4 - wrong one will give no color. Crossing between R/W/Y and R/B/G will give odd results, one combination is no color.
