Options after year one

I'm about to lose all of my year one discounts with a Choice+xtra with HD DVR. What are my options for either 1) reupping my contract or 2) Saving a few bucks and being free in one more year by downgrading my service ??

If you've only been a sub for one year, don't expect anything. You knew what you were getting into when doing a promo for 1 year of a 2 year contract.

Call into Customer Service and tell them your promo credits are expiring and you are looking to reduce your bill becuase it is too expensive. They may offer you some additiional credits or work with you to a find a cheaper package that meets your needs. Never hurts to call in and see what they can do for you.
