Optoma Introduces New 3D Projectors

Optoma has definitely turned some heads with its recent announcement of a 3D-capable 1080p projector priced under $1,500. The new HD33 is a DLP projector that uses active 3D technology.

just bought the hd66 with the converter box and a pair of 3d glasses. should be here and set up just in time for thursday nights football game!

Ordered the HD33 (built in 3D 1080p), and a free pair of glasses (Optoma is not including any glasses but is including the emitter).

This uses RF instead of IR for the glasses, which should be nice.

Called Optoma and they said they will be shipping to retailers the first week of September, so hopefully I'll have it setup in two-three weeks.
