Just ordered Direct From Robert from Value Electronics. Robert answered my call. I was stunned for a moment when he said his name is Robert. I couldn't believe I was talking to the guru of satellite TV himself. He knew what he was talking about. I'm very happy dealing with him. Very nice guy.

Though I havent ever spoken with robert other than pm. I dealt with Graham for my service and Wendy (I think thats her name) and I have to say they are top notch. The only reasons I didnt get my HR10-250 from them are because I dont yet qualify for the 250 credit and they could stick it on my bill.

I've spoken with Robert on the phone before. It was when I got our new D-10 last December and Directv was being a pain about activating it because their system was down. Robert conference called in and got to the bottom of it.
