OTA question

With a GOOD antenna, I think yes. Large, and I recommend a combined VHF and UHF model. Depending upon other stations you watch, maybe add a rotor.

Do not buy anything labeled "Terk" or that looks sexy and futuristic. Old style is better.

Maybe a gable mount.

I wonder if someone would look at my info ( link) and see if I might receive KFVS12 with antenna. I could put it in my 2nd story, which would get it about 35 to 40 ft above ground. I'm just not sure that I can make sense of the info. Thanks in advance. https://www.rabbitears.info/s/2571115
If your area is flat to the location it should work. If Hilly it may not

That station is broadcasting on RF11. Which is High-VHF. That takes a larger High-VHF antenna. RF11 is also sensitive to electrical interference, such as some LED lights, and electrically noisy power bricks, etc. You might also need an FM filter. You can't simply "put this in a window". You MIGHT be able to make it work IF you have a large window towards the tower, and IF you install the antenna on some sort of pole (hang it from the ceiling?) to aim it through the glass towards the station. The antenna would take up a large area of whatever room it's installed in. One like this: https://www.newark.com/stellar-labs/30-2476/deep-fringe-directional-antenna/dp/71Y5462

Hence, my response. I strongly recommend, once you go to such size, you buy one for both VHF and UHF.
That's weird. Somehow, I never saw your first post. Beats me how that happened. It wasn't there when I made my post. Stupid browser or who knows... I was doing some research during my post, and sat on it for a bit. Maybe your post slid in there during that time.
