I keep reading that the coax should be grounded right before entering the house. I just installed my dish last night and followed how my fathers was. both our coax enter the house and then we have the ground block inside about 5 ft from the point of entry... is this wrong? does it cause a problem and if so whats the problem?

I live in Columbus OH and am thinking of getting Wide Open West.
