pansat 2700 with fortec star

i been trying to set up my pansat 2700 a with fortec star dish and invacom SNH-031 LNBF ,il live in philadelphia pa zip 19116 i only get signal quality for the directv sat 1,2,4 dtv 6 . my dish is set up on a pole like the directv one .could the problem be that is not set up on a straight pole?

You need to make your pole is plumb sure its plumb and I'm not sure why your are trying to get 4 sats on one dish. From my understanding FTA receivers will not work with DTV sats.
