Do you go see a blockbuster at the movies because it allows you to watch directors talk about crap people dont care about? Does the theater offer you pip? NOPE.

After the 10th time of hearing some director say: "We cut this scene to improve the film's pacing and to get to the action quicker. It was a tough decision because I felt this actor and this extra did a really fine job here and am glad that folks will be able to see it on the DVD." I stopped watching the extras.
