Pas 9C 57.9W - 253 Channels But only About 35 Viewable!

Scanned in Pas 9C 57.9W on C Band today & I couldn't believe the amount of Channels on that Bird - 253 TV and 37 Radio Channels. Unfortunately only about 35 channels are viewable - (Not scrambled), but interestingly NHK World (Japan) & CCTV9 (China) had some good English Programming.

Might have been at one time, but not now. All channels are currently encrypted.

Thanks Photoman, you are correct and I think there were a bunch of channels from Discovery where only audio is available. I have never seen a Satellite with so many encripted channels. I was able to get amazing quality on most of the channels with Q frequently up to 90. My channel count is now approaching 1500 channels for about 18 Satellites.
