PBJ sound sync off

Hi I am pulling PBJ off Ku band and the sound is off like 3 or 4 secs.
I have yet to reboot the receiver. A standard home unit that is being used for broadcast TV.

Anyone else have this issue?
I need to get back up to the transmitter and get the make and model of the receiver.

No issues here, the sync is fine.

Consumer STBs usually only reference the PCR when tuning a channel then the AV sync free wheels and often drifts. You might program a 23:59 hr daily timer to switch to standby for 1 minute in the wee hours of each morning. This would force a resync every 24 hours and might minimize the lip sync problem.
