PC audio streaming question

Anybody know of a way to stream live audio from a PC to another computer and/or mobile device outside the network?

I have audio coming in to the PC on the LINE IN jack and want to stream it to another computer

I know it can be done with a Slingbox but I’d rather do it straight from the PC

You'll learn to appreciate the simplicity of the Slingbox.

Discovered that Chrome Remote Desktop passes thru the PC audio, and it's secure behind a password, so it looks like that will be my solution for now.
