You may get lucky and someone here will have some spares they can send to you. Otherwise you will probably need to make your own out of some conduit.
You'll either need to get lucky and find another Perfect 10 exact version of your present dish, or make some from conduit as was stated above. The full manual for all versions of the Perfect 10 dish is on this site. I imaged it and uploaded it myself, years ago.
