I especially loved listening to Root's discussion with the good doctor at the end of the show...kinda like a soliloquy gone twisted. 
I also like how they worked in the girl into the mix.

That was great!!
So the machine is still giving them numbers but it's also communicating with the girl in the looney bin? Is that right? I'm a little confused.

I'm a little confused as to what's going on right now since the end of last season, but I think that all the characters are somewhat confused right now trying to figure things out.

I too enjoyed it...they gotta hunt another bad guy. Meanwhile back at the ranch...you've got Root and Elias biding their time.

I think they're getting a little carried away with Shaw's obsession with shooting someone. Kind of making her a clown.
Another good episode...I really like the show

I don't think so. I think the Machine is working on "something" using its "assets" to achieve whatever goal. I believe the machine has a larger goal. I also still think it has pulled a "skynet".
