Philips 42" LCD setting. HELP!!

First and foremost, I'm lazy.

I just bought a 42" Philips LCD (model # 42PFL5332D/37). Can someone please help me set up the best settings on this tv along with my DirecTV H20 receiver. Some of the channels look good, including the HD channels. But I want to make sure I've got the best possible setup. Anyone else have this setup??

i can't help with settings but is it one of those ambilight 1080p models?
