Phone Service Call Blocking

Why can I not get any numbers to save to my block list? one number is all that sticks.
I can add 3 numbers then within 2 days they are gone. Locally nobody seems to know what the problem is. Beyond frustrated

You haven't exactly posted much information to go on. My phone is what determines which numbers are blocked, not the phone company.
