Picture too large for screen

I've never seen this bug before last night....wife went to the Pandora app to listen to some music. The picture went huge so I thought she must have hit the format button by accident. Exited Pandora and the picture would not fit the screen no matter what channel or how I formatted the screen (OTA worked just fine straight from the TV) so I reset the box. That didn't fix it so I reset it three more times. Finally the picture went back to normal. Not sure if anyone has had this happen to them. Thought I was going to have to call my local installer this morning.

Press the [Menu] button on the remote, go to Settings --> Format TV --> Screen Adjustment. Select the '-' button until it is the correct size.

I had to do this on all my TV's.

Tried that...but the picture was just too big for the screen adjustment to have any affect. Not sure what happened and am not sure why it's back to normal again.

Did you try hitting the * button on the remote. It is left of the zero on the keypad.

Yeah did that 1st thing (and then apologized to my wife). It's never happened before; hopefully it won't happen again.
