Pixelizatin on ABC from DC

Is anyone else experiencing pixelization on WJLA, CHANNEL 7? The Nascar race from Richmond is terrible at times and it is clear weather here. We have also noticed it during Good Morning America when the show goes outside to broadcast live from the park. Is this an ABC problem or my receiver? It is an H20-100. Thanks.

I have been having it for a few days now. Only a few channels like golf channel and 247. but has been real bad on chan. 7 tonight.

I to have been seeing this problem with the H24 receivers. I switch to OTA channel 7-1, and the signal is fine. Appears to be a Directv issue.
