when i log into dishnetwork and view my programming:

under A la Carte the first item is "playboy en espanol" and the monthly fee is $0.00.

what is this and why is it free?

if you sub to Dish Latino it is

It is included with any Dish Latino package.

They require the customer to intentionally add the channel, so that Dish does not get complaints about it being viewable by kids, etc.

So, if you change to Dish Latino online, then you have to also check that box in order to get that channel.

Asked & answered. Yes you have to have Dish Latino to qualify to get it.
