Playing, Pause, Stop

if i Playing, Pause, Stop a program to much will it kinda destroy the the program? because i got new tv and i using The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to test out the color and when i went to watch it would only let me delete it. is this a it happen deal or is will Playing, Pause, Stop a program to much will it kinda destroy the the program and the Hard Drive? because i do that a lot thanks

It shouldn't. Your hard drive is on all the time anyway. Starting and stopping your recording is just reading from the disk. There is nothing to wear out beyond the normal wear of the drive. The real wear is to the buttons on your remote. But, you can get a replacement rather cheaply, so don't worry.

Try doing a Reboot and see if that clears your issue when playing your shows.

Menu/Settings/Reset/ReStart Recvr/dash

Then just wait for it to reload.
Should take 5 minutes or so.

na, i just end up delete it and found on the internet but i will remember to try that if happen again
