please help! error 502

I have two receiver and one of them shows total(few time partial) signal loss, also error 502.
I take the "bad" one to the "good" one's line still the same, tried many time
these is still a "x" on satellite input 2 port 1, "good" receiver shows OK and
has signal, I can't press "DONE" button either.......is this receiver shot?

Do you have another separator that you can use? Does this same setup show everytime you run the test?
