Please help with Birdog meter! (Hello Dear friends !)

I know very little about this community, but I think is great.
So I like to say hello to everyone.
And if you don't mind I have a question about a brand new Birdog meter I just got from Perfect-10. But I have problems trying to upload other satellites in to the meter.
Please help me and let me know if I'm in the right department.

Have you tried the search feature yet?

Unfortunately I don't know anything about what you are asking but I know I have seen people talking about Birdogs before. Maybe one of them will have an answer for you.

I've never heard of such a thing.

The homepage for the Birdog has a powerpoint presentation on it. I don't have powerpoint on the computer, so don't know if it would help you or not.
