I am getting this problem on my HR20.

Just today when attempting to change channels, I get a banner at the bottom of the screen - that says "Please Wait". Is this happening to anyone else? Or any ideas on how to get rid of it?

It still goes to the channel desired; it just gives this annoying banner.

Hows your signal strength on these channels , are your desired channels coming in ?

Yes, I am getting mid-90's strength except for 110 is at 75%. Would that matter? The install was done a few months ago, and there hasn't been an issue until tonight.

Your numbers look good, so thats probably NOT the problem.
You might want to do a reboot and see if that helps it.

You may also try to update the software by forcing a download.
