My TWC is 50 mbps

Just did a speed test right now, during the highest traffic time with 3 devices currently running on my network, and I got 30 mbps. In a couple of hours from now, I can probably get 50. In the morning I always get over 50

So mine should be good, but I still get the pixelated stuff too..Cant stand it and ultimately it keeps me from getting it.
