Power Inserter Question

I have a vip222 and two 322's with a DP44 Plus switch. The power inserter is on the line with the vip222. Is there any reason I couldn't put it in line with one of the 322's, or to hook it up directly to the switch on the empty output?

Trouble shooting an issue with the vip222.

But that doesn't mean that a receiver must be connected to the #1 output of the switch. You can hook your 3 receivers to ports 2, 3, and 4 of the switch, and the power inserter directly to port 1.

If you want it on a line from 1 of the 322's just switch the cable so that the power inserter and a 322 go to port 1 of the switch.
