PR stations down on 99W cband??

audio has been fine on that ABC HD channel, I watched the NBA games yesterday and they sounded great

Yeah Like I said it was just at one time, I checked it, bad audio, watched something else, then when I went back to it, different day it was fine, now that I think about it I am wondering if it was when I had the power on on my second receiver, I was getting drop out on the signal on every thing until I cut the rear power switch on the second receiver, that could have been the problem and I just didn't put it together.
