Prices & Fees?

I have noticed that the new prices for the Dish Packages are posted everywhere, but I am having a hard time finding the price for all the other things.
Such as:
- how much is the lease fee if you upgraded 811 to 211 box and still have 3 other boxes? (4 boxes all together)
-how much are the fees for additional receivers? did that go up too or not?
-Local channels prices if you get HD locals?

if there is a thread or page that has all those things listed, please post a link!

I was wondering the same thing about locals. Are the locals part of the HD part of the programming, or are they only included if you order regular locals.

I think you have to have the local package to get the HD locals, otherwise you'll just get the HD channels minus your locals in HD, no matter what HD Metal package you have.
