Primestar Receiver

I have about 50 primestar receivers in the basement, has anyone used them for anything besides a doorstop or a boat anchor???

There is like one or two mexican channels you can get with them off of SatMex5. That's it.

Those units used DC I technology, which is gone on all channels

They're all DC II now (the above ones are DCII)

It's a shame you didn't have room down there to keep any of the dishes.
Or, maybe over the years, those have been siphoned off?
