Problem with EncoreHD

I am watching EncoreHD and Major league is on. I have my Voom box set to stretech but I am still getting pillars.

I thought the box should fix this and I thought that the HD broadcaster would braodcast in 16x9

Anyone else see this?

Not all movies are shown in 16:9-some pillared-this occurs on all premiums at times
