Recently the reception has been a bit spotty. It will go out and out when its raining and if its a good storm the only thing I get are few local channels MAYBE. Just today the some HD channels are going in and out but the SD channels work. The channels that will go out include the NFL network, Travel Channel, History, History International. The weather right now is partly cloudy. I thinking it needs to be adjusted. It was installed back in Fed. If I called dish network will someone come out and look to see if the dish needs to be adjusted. And will that be at no charge or is there a fee that comes with it.

Thanks

What sats are you pointed at?

Your install comes with a 60 day guarantee. Sounds like you're out of this time frame though. If you have SP (you said new connect in FEB = you were given free 6 months) they'll do a repoint/repeak for 15$ (deductible). Do a few things before calling/logging onto dishnetwork.com to t/s with online chat agents. Check cable connections behind receiver to wall make sure nothing is loose, unplug your receiver from the power, wait 10 seconds and plug back in and run a check switch test. Menu 6-1-1-check switch-test notate the amount of tests it runs (out of 2-3-4-34-38-50) and provide this information to the tech agents to hurry the phone call.
