Professional installation cost

Hi. I'm a current customer and want to upgrade to HD. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area and noticed that mpeg-4 just rolled out over here. I plan to buy the new H20 receiver at the store and have a professional installer to install the dish. I would like to know if this is possible and how much would it be for a installer to install the HD dish?
