Has anyone else noticed where there will be errors in what the program guide is showing and what is actually playing?

I would think just about everybody has noticed this -- how could you miss it? Been going on forever, with no end in sight. Almost missed out on a real good movie yesterday (Mermaids) because while the PG had the right title listed, the description it gave was for some totally different Mermaids movie.
