Check this:

"Each demo was still running off a dev kit; actually, there were two different versions at the Sony booth: the old boxy setup and the sleeker blade server configuration. Similarly, the much-debated "batarang" controller of the PS3 was not around as the PS2 Dual Shock controllers were used to manipulate the demos."

Sony still doesn't have a single working PS3 prototype... what a blow for Sony and for Kutaragi...
