Quality 91% But No Channels

On 91 W Gal 17 on 3720 H I'm getting a quality strength of 91%, but not getting any channels, on that transponder. (The CW Channels)

The receiver will scan that transponder for about a minute. Strong signal, but no channels for that transponder.

The receiver scans and picks up most of the other programing ok.

I'm using a 10 ft. prime focus dish with a Captive Works 800 receiver and a BSC621-2 LNB.

Any ideas?

known issue. The CW channels you need to do a manual pid entry. They will not scan in any other way. Many threads on the issue. Let me find some

haha...found the one for the 800...most threads are for the Coolsats which go a different way

Always wondered why these feeds don't scan... Must be missing data in the digital stream? Just curious..

There is no PMT or PAT info. Thats what logs the channels.
