I have noticed that FOX 64 on AMC 4 11.705V changes quality level from 90% in the daytime to 70% at night.Has anyone else seen this happen?

I have a Phase II (24x20) dish aimed at 91 (for the audio) and slapped a KU LNB in the middle slot and can get between 70-83 on KUIL
I have a Phase II (24x20) dish aimed at 91 (for the audio) and slapped a KU LNB in the middle slot and can get between 70-83 on KUIL
I just noticed it the past few days, I don't know why even tried moving the dish to anothe satellite and back but no difference.Maybe something with the atmosphere as it is to the far west from my location.
