Question about AMC + / AMC Premiere & streaming devices

I have a question. I added AMC + to my DISH account earlier today. I understand that its a bundle that includes AMC Premiere, plus Shudder, etc... And through the Dish receivers it seems to be fine from what I can tell. However, shouldn't I also be able to access AMC Premiere programming via the AMC app on streaming devices such as my xbox and roku? Because when I open the AMC app and link it to my DISH account, it only allows me to view AMC + content and tells me I have to upgrade to view Premiere content even though Premiere is INCLUDED in my AMC + plan through DISH. I spent an hour chatting with a DISH rep and their opinion is that AMC Premiere is only accessible through the receiver or dishanywhere. So getting AMC+ through DISH is not really getting the full AMC + experience if that is correct. Kinda like AMC + Lite?!!

took a few screenshots to further clarify...
can anyone weigh in on this pls?
TIA!

Interestingly, Dish's web page that advertises the AMC+ bundle does not mention AMC Premiere at all.
"In addition to what you'll find on channel 294, AMC + gives you access to loads of great content On Demand from AMC, Shudder, Sundance Now, and IFC Films Unlimited!"

Note that unlike your screenshot, it only lists AMC, but not specifically AMC Premiere. So, I am guessing there is a mistake on the mydish My Programming page, where you see AMC Premiere listed as part of the package. Here is a crazy question: Did you actually try upgrading, to see what would happen? Or does the app and/or website not even actually give you the option of upgrading, even though it says you need to upgrade?

Hello, favsob. The AMC+ that we offer is a On Demand Subscription package. On Demand Subscriptions (ODS) packages give customers access to exclusive commercial-free On Demand content, all without subscribing to a live channel. To access that content through the On Demand menu, you will need to have a Hopper, Joey or Wally connected to the Internet. The On Demand subscription also provides access to that content through the DISH Anywhere app and website. It does not provide access to the AMC app.
