Not unless they offload some stuff off of 101, but it's doubtful that SD will see an increase. You'll still get the SD-Lite of 480x480.

No.

Once D11 is also up there and then say a year or so from now they are able to shutdown the MPEG2 HD channels...*then* there might be an opportunity for improvement. I rarely watch SD anymore as it is and once these new channels go up there won't be a single show I'll watch in SD. But hopefully for the non HD customers SD PQ can improve sometime in 2009.

Some are pretty much unwatchable, worse than analog.
