Question about ESPN Full Court

I live in Wichita and I have found it very difficult to get many Shocker games. The ESPN3 and Watch ESPN are for Cox customers only. If I purchase the Full Court package, am I still subject to blackouts? The Shox play tonight and it is included in the Full Ct schedule. Will I be able to watch it?

The Shocker game tonight is the Valley game of the week and is on Fox Midwest, CSN Chicago or whatever your RSN affiliate is in Wichita. It is blacked out on ESPN3 for Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana.
