Thinking about getting DirectTV. Couple of questions?

Do they run a credit check on you first?

Thinking of the Choice Extra. One the gear that they would use would for a three receiver setup, would the coax from the dish require two cables to a multi- switch? Would each receiver then require two or one cables ran to them? DVR 2, Standard 1? Some of my rooms would be hard to get two cables down the wall.

Would use the referral plan if I do sign up.

Any help would be great...

Thanks...

They do run a credit check, they only need one cable to each tv if they are installing the newer system. Get an hddvr, and 2 hd receivers. Then you can have whole home, meaning you can watch recordings in all rooms

Or all HR DVR's, once you are paying the DVR fee, it covers all recvrs on the account, if you can swing it get all Recorders.
