I have a TIVO unit i bought here, well I dont need it anymore and want to sell it.
Am I allowed to sell it?

I am asking because of this lease stuff.

If you bought and paid full market price for the DirecTivo, then yes, you can sell it. If it was a leased box when you got it from D*, then you probably aren't allowed to sell it.
