R10 question

I had a GXCEBOT unit that began making a buzzing noise so I called and DTV sent me a replacement. I got it today and it was an R10. Should I question them as to why I didnt get the R15?

Is there really anything to worry about not having the newest unit?

Is there really anything to worry about not having the newest unit?

The R15 would have the interactive features, whereas the R10 does not (at least not to my knowledge), otherwise, if the R10 functions well enough for your needs, you should be fine.
