I have 3 R16/500 receivers. About 6 weeks ago I noticed that all 3 receivers had developed the same playback problem ( happens on all chanels being played back).The TV screen
goes completely black for about 60 seconds, the sound continues normally for the entire 60 seconds the tv screen is black, then the picture returns and all is ok until the problem
reoccurs. It seems to happen completely randomly,and about once or twice each day on each receiver. I checked and found that each receiver received a software update on
Tue, 6/19, at 2:05am. The software update received was version 0x136B. Is this a known problem with this new software release? It is quite annoying to say the least. Any info would be appreciated as the wife is getting madder each time this problem occurs. Thanks for any input you might have.
