I have 1 R22 receiver and 3 Standard D11 Receivers and I know D11s don't support Multiswitches. Do I have any other options for my R22 to use both tuners? I have 3lnb slimline dish with 4 lines coming from the dish.

AFAIK D11's support multiswitches, not the SWM's. If you don't mind running two cables to the R22 get a WB68 multiswitch (Zinwell WB68 DIRECTV Approved Wide Band Frequency (Ku/Ka) 6x8 Multiswitch (WB68) | WB68 [Zinwell] | au9 au9-s au9s au 9 WB-68 WB 68 6x8 6 x 8 Ka Ku switch ku ka switch wide band switch Ka-ku dish ku band ka band dish Ka/Ku Ka-Ka Ka-Ku Ku-Ka KuKa KuKa), run the four coax from the LNB to the switch and then cable from the switch to your receivers with two cables to the R22.

If you don't want to run two cables get a SWM8 (DIRECTV SWM-8 Single Wire Multi-Switch With Power Supply (8 Channel) (SWM-8) | SWM-8 [DIRECTV] | au9 au9-s au9s au 9 WBS41202NF KAKU DISH KUKA DISH KA/KU KU/KA Wide Band 5 lnb multiswitch ka ku SWM-8 SWM8 SWM 8 DIRECTV MULTISWITCH swim switches SWIM ) which has three legacy ports on it to connect your D11's to and then one cable to the R22 and both tuners now work.
