I am interested in buying a system in order to hear YLE Radio Finland. I don't see this channel listed on any satellite directories. Could someone please see if they can listen to this channel. It should be on 24/7.

I think it's part of the WRN network, whatever that means. Would I also need a subscription to that as well?

If you go to http://www.lyngsat.com/ia5.html you'll see at least most of what's on that satellite. At the very bottom is the 12177-V-23000 transponder. You'll see some WRN listings. I clicked the WRN Multilingual North America and that page lists Finnish. I'm not home to actually tune and listen but hopefully you can get more info through that route. Also, all of those light yellowish entries are free, no subscription needed.

I've been to that page before but never noticed that before. I was under the impression that YLE had their own channel, but it looks like they share a channel with other broadcasters. YLE appears to only be available from 9:00pm-1:00am, 7:30-8:00am and 11:00-11:30am EST
