this is not turing into a versus, as we would of been put into full blown riot gear if amc and the other rainbow media statons were going to get pulled because they could not come to an agreement.

I am hearing that talks are going good, and if an agreement is not reached that Rainbow will allow DIRECTV to carry the exisiting Rainbow network as long as positive discussions are being made.

No Juan we ready for the versus fall out. We did not know if it was going or staying but there was good chance that it was not and CSR were preped for the fall out a month before the deadline.

If Directv did not feel confident that things were not going to go well they would of preped us the phone staff for the fall out like they did versus
